It's hard to know which relationships are real on TV, even if they get engaged or have kids they can still be PR relationships. For many years Tim Burton also faked being together for years with Helen carter, they lived in separate houses too. KZbinrs and influencers who make family content also will fake being together so they can keep making vlogs and keep their 'brand/sponsor deals' going. They will usually say they are in an 'open relationship' if caught being with someone else as the public will accept it.
