Y’all don’t understand bc y’all not athletic or even physical enough to understand what a leg cramp feels like. They hurt like hell and it’s bc the muscles are tightening up, you’ll know once you get physical enough to experience one. Jada the goat ongg and y’all disrespecting her saying she faking, and for those talking bout sickle cell. We get it but this isn’t about sickle cell trait or wtv, it’s about a leg cramp. Yes it’s temporary, but it doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt like hell.

As a fellow basketball player Leg muscle cramps are the WORST. I had one just a month ago and my back heel was in the worst pain ever I was forced to quit the last 15 mins of tryouts and I was doing so good. I know it looks like she’s over exaggerating but that’s how everyone looks like when they get one. You look like a red dying bird lol. 😂 But these are seriously no joke if you get one prepare for an ice bag on your leg for the rest of the day including while you sleep. 🎉

I’ve never gotten a leg cramp during basketball but I have during soccer and they are THE WORST. Props to her for making it off the court on her own, when it happens to me I just freeze because it’s so painful. Hope she’s alright.

I caught a leg cramp in my leg stretching one day on my couch. It felt horrible. I literally couldn't move my leg for awhile and tears were coming. If you never experience it, be glad and hope you never do because its painful.
