OK but can we talk about how cat had a panic attack in the closet when Jaden back we’re fighting and they did nothing about it. And her saying I am under my bed. It made me think about some theories. What if cat had parents who would fight a lot and she would always hide under her bed because she was scared and now she was traumatized by that. yeah,i think that is the reason why they included that line. There were many subtle hints throughout the series about how cat grew up in a toxic family. Cat mentions that her brother has to go to a "special hospital" because of his (pretty serious) mental problems and this made her parents fight alot. That's why cat behaves childish all the time

I always hated how Beck would point out what was ACTUALLY happening and Jade would ALWAYS turn to conversation about her and say things like "Oh, so you think I'm ugly?!" Like, every time he tries to point out something that's true about him or her or their relationship, she ignores him and makes it seem like he's the toxic one, it seems like Jade is the most toxic in their relationship.
