Jade never mind Andre touching her... She behaves that way with Tori because she's the first female friend she's ever had that she can trust (Cat doesn't count because she's mentally a little girl). Jade knows that Tori has qualities and almost any talented person likes to have competition (they get bored being at the top without opposition because they forget how to improve). Jade also gets along very well with Sam (does she like Sam too or what? 🤣) It is wrong to want to match everyone, it is normal for people to get along with their friends 🙃.
