The book of everything came from the supercell store. They updated it and added a bonus point track with some stuff as well as the ability to gain stamps for purchasing gold passes (6 stamps give you a book of everything). They also added the in game shop offers to be available through the online store. And this means all of them, skins, packs, super troop medals, etc. Unfortunately they removed the 10% off on gold passes and 10% bonus gems on gem purchases.
