He's been releasing music since so long ago as Def. mainly on soundcloud and with his music crew "õffshore", so it's not a one time project. And yes, it's not released under his company, the rule is no one can touch or intervene Def's music, only he can. It's 100% his work so everything is done by himself

There is not enough words to describe how much I love Jay B's voice and vocal tone. It's like honey. Golden, shiny, intense but not overwhelming. It's beautiful, sometimes heavy with emotions, sometimes light and freezy like a wind on a beach. If I described the color he reminds me of, it would be orangy-gold-pinkish, pretty much like a sunset or sunrise on a beach. This song is the essence of Def. and I'm obsessed.

I never knew I was into R&B until I got hooked into kpop a few years back. GOT7 played a big part in that. Jay B's voice is so distinguishable and carries so much emotion.
