Ten was unwell and had just finished a concert in Bangkok the night before. He flew back immediately, arriving in Korea early in the morning, and then went straight on a 2.5-hour drive just to be there in time to see Jaehyun off. This shows how much they mean to each other. He even took a small step aside to let Johnny stand next to Jaehyun, and I’m sure he would have stood in Jungwoo’s place if Jungwoo had moved closer.

I think all members of groups get emotional at this time, not just because a member is enlisting and them missing each other and being concerned for their safety and success, but also because it is an acknowledgment that time is passing quickly along with their youth and that their ability to physically perform and still be relevant in the Kpop world (and for how long) post military life can always be an unknown. Especially when up until now, living the idol life is all they've ever known. I can understand how enormous it must feel for them. Be safe Jaehyun.

NCT and Jaehyun will be awesome. Their big brothers in EXO are showing them that they can have a continued and long career as idols, even with marriage and kids. They have given them the blueprint on how to thrive with hit albums through member military enlistments and valuable ways to promote once they return. Yes, it's a waiting game for all but NCTzens will be lovingly waiting for Tae and Jae's return with hearts full and open arms. I am happy that so many of the members could come together to see Jaehyun off. I remember it was not possible or wanted when Taeyong had his ceremony for security reasons . It was so fine to see him there. It is a bit embarrassing, but there is one member I cannot recognize. I see Doyoung, Jungwoo, Johnny, Taeyong, of course Jaehyun, but who is the sixth? Yuta?
