He definitely gives boyfriend material but at the same time he doesn't seem like an idol who tries to appeal to the fans and never overshares things about himself. He is also not a member who is shown in your face all the time but used very cleverly on songs, having a very recognizable vocal tone within the group, and being a member who can do singing, rapping and dancing allowed him to have multiple impactful lines throught his career. I'd also say his passion for music is very important specially now that he has released his solo projects, he seems to actually enjoy singing, rapping, dancing and composing. I'd argue he is the most loved member in NCT, he's one if not the most followed on insta, Try Again is the most streamed NCT song in Spotify, ILMB with over 100 million views, and all of these things happening sort of under the radar since people outside of the fandom are more likely to know about at least 7 other members before him. So yeah, he has it all, soft good image, good looking, unique vocal appeal, talent, passion.

i have feeling that when he comes back, the anticipation for his comeback will feel equivalent to the anticipation of tyler the creator dropping chromakopia (they're both artists that you know will always DELIVER artistically and with how everyone's expectations for J were met, we'll be expecting even more + i agree he'll definitely be in his element)

Me thinking oh cool a long video about Jaehyun, then 2 min later NOOO it's over!! But there is a part 2 !! Super excited! I totally agree with the boyfriend material part. I am a RnB lover and when I first heard Forever Only I did not know it was from a kpop idol, I thought it was a Korean RnB Solo artist! While I knew some NCT songs I was not familiar but got to discover Jaehyun and NCT thru his solo! And his personality (+ Dimples) makes me wonder why there are so few people like him, but I guess that's the IT factor

You can really tell when a video is made with so much love. This is such a great video especially for new fans! For new fans who want to go on a deeper dive I suggest you search for NCT night night material, he shared lots of fun and sweet anecdotes. He said one of his core memories was walking out of a walmart with his parents and the sunlight was so nice, he wished that happiness would last forever. I thought that was such a profound thought especially for a 6/7 year old. I've been a fan for almost 6 years, his enlistment and this video got me reminiscing and looking back at all the reasons why I started liking him. He's just so lovely and so immensely talented. Him being extremely beautiful really just ties all his good qualities into a nice little ribbon! Great work on the video I can't wait for part 2 🩶

thank u so much for the video🥹🫶🏻 especially in this time i really needed it i hope you read my long ass message, but i only got into him recently like two months ago i saw him and i was in shock of his visuals, dimples and his talking voice in younji’s episode i was like WHO IS THHAAT (i knew only of his name and visual before) but what REALLY got me is his music!!! Its so good it doesn’t seem like a kpop idol solo project tbh it’s that good😭also i got into a lot of boy groups but never seen someone like jaehyun his chill sexy vibes talent and passion for music and his smooth honey voice not mentioning his gorgeous face I’m a bit mad for getting to know him late but better late than never, also i feel like him enlisting now is the best thing and i feel that it’s the beginning of something so much bigger after he gets out for some reason😭 I’m so excited for his next album and his future acting projects
