I think Jeno might have been taken out of context here as I see lots of comments on how they never thought Jaemin is cold or the tsundere type. I think it's just due to his introverted personality that he seems cold because he's not always bouncing off the walls like he is to the fans and he's probably more quiet bts than we know. He seems to be the kind to just do things for those he holds dear without expecting it to be acknowledged or reciprocated so when it gets caught on camera it has an awkwardness to it as he might see those acts as the most natural thing and doesn't see the need to point it out or be praised for it. For example you make a cup of coffee for your parents and remind them to be careful as it's hot or on your grocery shopping day you see your siblings fav choc and buy it for them without a second thought, in everyday life these aren't things you'd expect praise for, so this is how I see Jaemin's reaction to the little things he does for the members.

I think that Jaemin considers the dreamies as his kids, and that's why he acts like a mother that is so proud (but sometimes annoyed) of his children. He does everything naturally.

I never thought he was considered a tsundere, he always seemed like a sweet and tender boy, like a little rabbit, a little crazy and imperactive but calm and sweet at other times, but never someone cold-looking or something like that.

Same here, when I first started learning about the separate sub units and getting into the Dreamies, I really loved watching about them because Nana always gave me these huge soft-sweet vibes. He’s super hyperactive one moment and just completely dead silent at other times but I never noticed him not taking the opportunity to care for his members. Noticing Nana is the reason I fell in love with their dynamics

we always see him taking care of them openly on cam but compared to all of these there are many times that he looks like he has no interest on the world. jeno maybe said that because it happens a lot off cam, where he acts like he doesn't care but he actually does and looks after the dreamies or the others in secret or subtly (we always have that one friend). prime example was the 24hr relay cam; we wouldn't even notice that he exchanged time slots with sungchan if someone didn't point it out bcs he's literally in the back. while everyone was fighting for the time slot that they like, he just gave his to sungchan willingly even tho he's usually still asleep at the new time slot and his original time slot works for him the best bcs it's at night (sc was worried for his time bcs that's gonna be the first one to air).
