I did the math and even if he “only” drank 6 of those americanos with 4 extra shots of espresso, he’d be drinking 3,900 mg of caffeine every single day. The healthy amount to have every day is 400 mg. So yea, I’d say he’d be doing some serious damage to his body so it’s a hood thing he reduced even though he’s still drinking an insane amount. Idols are under a lot of stress and they are often scared to talk about their struggles because it might come off as complaining. So they might resort in other coping mechanisms, like drinking or eating too much of something. Of course it's perfectly possible that he just likes coffee a lot, but either wat it's dangerous to drink that much. I'm perfectly allowed to share my observations. I have read many psychology articles and it is actually my dream job. I analyse people with a good heart.
