you know if there's one thing i don't like about Jaesa, and this is just me nitpicking at the developers, but doesn't it kinda suck that you can't make Jaesa a grey Jedi or neutral character. it's like it can only be light or dark. im not saying it's a bad thing, i like Jaesa both ways, but in a sith story there should be a neutral option, that would make her personality more balanced, but no matter if your character is neutral, she falls to the darkside anyway even if you don't make her kill her master lol. because she even points out when you play a neutral path, she mentions all good & bad things my character did, but somehow she turns dark anyway lol. im guessing she was confused by it, and because she can never tell what my actions are, so maybe that's why. but even if say she does turn, it would be nice if there was a option to lean her personality more to the middle, as opposed to pure dark or pure light. that's the only reason most people turn her dark, because it's the only way atleast up until now you can romance her, and to me it feels more a master & slave relationship lol. there's times i don't mind her calling me that, but after awhile she can be rather annoying and robotic calling me master constantly. so i like the character and all, but there are things i wish Bioware could've did to make the character a little more human. which is why i think a neutal option would've been perfect for her character, because atleast she would have a light heart, but also have the emotions the sith feel, without her being a slave to power. that way you could romance her, and to be honest i tend to like my warrior be either pure dark, neutral, or pure light, which most of the time i play neutral, but i have two siths that are pure dark. i tend to like my party members to have some personality, and not sound like a zombie lol.

I agree, she needs a more neutral character state. I made it a point to spare Yonlach, her parents, and Nomen Karr. However, when I brought her over to the dark side regardless, she immediately turned into an insane hyper-sadistic hedonist murderer who evilly cackles after murdering others and has absolutely no concept of mercy. Hell, even if you play as a Darth Marr-esque Sith who, despite being a powerful user of the dark side, doesn't engage in unnecessary killing, isn't self-absorbed or sadistic and respects their enemies as much as they wish to destroy them, you'll still end up with Jaesa "It's time for me to bathe in their impure blood" Willsaam. Conversely, if you don't turn her to the dark side, she gets the impression that you're some sort of "light Sith" just because you didn't butcher everybody you saw on your way to find her and her master, and is pretty much 100% a Jedi and sort of expects you to be, too. There's absolutely no middle ground for her. I'd have much preferred an Ashara Zavros companion who can't be in the Jedi any more though she still somewhat identifies with them, and actually believes in a portion of the Sith Code, but isn't an unstable murderer.

To be fair, she does have some Light aspects that some dark side Sith don't. Her trust, loyalty and devotion, gratitude and admiration towards the player are clear. She says earlier that she would never betray the SW, and later on when faced with the chance for more power with Lord Cadence she honors that without a second thought by killing Cadence instead. When she comes back in Jedi Under Siege she even says how the absence of the SW broke her. So while she is very dark side and evil yes, she does have some minor aspects of Light or Neutral.

I agree. I believe she and Ashara Zavros from the Sith Inquisitor storyline had their scripts swapped. We saw Ashara as this hasty Padawan, careless who believed in strength and power, but when we get her she becomes this beacon of light who declines to turn into the dark side. Then we have jaesa who prior to meeting her after we deal with Noman Karr we knew nothing about, not her motivations, personality or desires, then we fight, tell her "light side weak, dark side strong" and she immediately turns into a sadistic acolyte. It just felt rushed, had we have to slowly turn her to the dark side or just give her Ashara's personality, it would have been better.

To be honest, I think I actually like these newer textures for the eyes a little better than before, which I think they just introduced in the last update (Patch 5.6.1, IIRC). However, I do wish they would give you the option to have true Sith eyes when you reach Dark level V (similar to what you see in the movies, like what you see in-game with Darth Malgus and Darth Zash, for example). Don't get me wrong, I didn't think there was anything wrong with what we had before. But, IIRC, BioWare wanted to introduce more detail and "sparkle" to the eyes in Patch 5.6, which ended up looking dull and glassy, which thankfully they fixed up and made them look better with the next update. That said, I do find these newly fixed and updated eyes to be a little different and interesting than just a solid color. IMHO.

I can't speak for how well they work for other characters, but personally, I liked the orange of her old eyes much better than the yellowy color she has now. I think orange suited her better. I'm not a fan of how many darker orangey colors have been completely replaced by bright neon ones.

I use Bandicam. I used to use Fraps until a few years ago, but Fraps always seemed to run a bit too jittery on my system then. To do my video editing, I use Adobe Premiere Elements 14.

Vette is wearing the "Imperial Field Agent" armor set. It's a Cartel Market armor set that I found on the GTN. I'm fairly certain it's a Bronze level armor set, so I doubt it would be very expensive currently.

How do you achieve such smooth and fast game play ??

Good, powerful system, a few years old but still strong. Mostly due to video card (Nvidia GTX 970 4 GB, lightly overclocked), as well as 32 GB of system RAM (Corsair Vengeance DDR3). I also run my OS and games on separate SSDs and use a large 4TB SATA3 HDD for recording my gameplay. Also, encoding the video at 60fps helps it look really smooth on KZbin.
