I bought the Gmax due to this review, but I am sorry to report that it's the absolute loudest helmet I have ever owned.. It feels and sounds exactly like the pricepoint would lead you to believe. Worst helmet I have ever owned on several levels. The light is cool, and the modular and vent features are nice.. but the quality strikes me as so incredibly bad that I just hang it on the wall as a loaner. The upside is that it was so inexpensive that the hit wasn't bad. Thanks for the great reviews though. Nice work. You do get what you pay for, and the Shoei is the only modular helmet of good quality that fits my fat head.. ;)

Wonder what ur thoughts r about the Scorpion EXO 900 compaining to these... I hardly see anyone throw that one in the compare list.

M. Duschl Overall it is a good lid. I like the options that Scorpion gives with the chin-bar releasing off of the helmet.
