Yes exactly it is often just parroting from reddit or from other people, they haven't thought a second about it themselfes but still complain and yap about things they don't understand.... It is so sad and exhausting.... Sadly also some other youtubers open the door for this kinda negativity constantly aswell.

All of the World Events are after Sliske kills Guthix which starts divination as a skill(eventually), that's why Bandos and Tuska's deaths are counted in his "Game" later... World Event 1 was a battle between Saradomin vs Zamorak over the first divination crater in Lumbridge later became the beach area. The winner got decided by who collected the most "Divine Tears" from skilling and killing enemy npcs. Saradomin won by using the divination power to nearly slay Zamorak but Zammy gets teled out. World Event 2 was Armadyl vs Bandos near the Goblin Village where they made the huge towers (one still at clan wars camp area) where you defended or attacked enemy caravans of divination energy or built/repaired the towers and defenses around them. Armadyl won by blasting the tower and then smashing Bandos' severed head with his own mace. World Event 3 was where you get teleported onto her back while she's flying through space and you had to take a special Anima Spear and charge it up through the island minigames then climb onto a weakspot Guthix left and stab her. There were 4 groups to choose from; The Godless followers (follow no gods), Arma followers, Zammy followers and Sara followers and the winner was decided by which group stabbed the most each day for a month. The Godless won with Vorago doing a super attack that finished off the weakened Tuska. The Saradominist Preacher west of Lumby Castle will replay the start and end cutscenes for 1, Goutbones the Goblin east of Goblin Village shows the cutscenes for 2 and Kara-Meir at Tuska's corpse west of the Desert Bandit Camp shows Tuska death and how she landed in the desert Some sidenotes: Bandos Head counts as a prayer altar, All the warpreist armor you now get for GWD1 was originally only from World Event 1 and 2, there used to be special dialogue from the Lumby guards about needing better equipment to deal with World Event 1 but I think it got patched out, Tuska's event has a special one off skybox and some unlisted music for the cutscene where you stab the spear in and the spear cutscene can't be replayed

I don’t get it. I get that it’s like a meme to joke about and “cool” to make fun of since complaining is the go to video for 90% of rs3 content creators, but complaining when good AND bad decisions are made is only going to force the “f them. Just milk them for everything they’re worth” mentality that people like to complain about when they can’t get their purely COSMETIC item that they’d have no interest in anyways. If people were only complaining about the bad things, they’d have incentive to do better. If people complain about everything, why change? It’s going to be the same outcome either way. Might as well get their moneys worth

@PartyhatRS I mean, I don't have faith in them either, but when they genuinely release good content, people still complain.. I will at least admit when Jagex have done well despite their thousands of past mistakes.. good content is still good content But yes, they have definitely made many many mistakes in the past, which has caused their player base to lose trust in their decisions

Thank god they finally made a store with so many options. Before this I had every single premier reward possible and still had like 14 tokens banked that had no use. Glad I can finally use them and get a bank slot back

Unlock those cosmetics when you green the collection log for the boss. They can start doing this more often for those who enjoy a certain god or lore aspect of a boss.

You already get a title. Perhaps lock them behind some funny tasks, like killing all miniboses in a dungeon etc. Or like a mini quest.

you're very correct on that. this is the first online game i started playing over 20 years ago and i still play it today! but as you said, most games dont have that type of charm that the older games had. most of them lack that allure!

@thedigitallocker1638 I played the game since it first was released world wide when it was just a browser game. I dabble in it from time to time but I eventually left due the end results are always the same. It's the curse of all long term games. It was good and it's great for nostalgia but it's rather boring in the end. What didn't help is all the micro transactions that they have implemented over the years but seeing as most other big games already do it and have been it was just a matter of time.

I been thinking about coming back to RS3... I tried playing OSRS but man it feels so slow to just sit there and skill so slowly. when i tried RS3, it was better with the quality of life updates. The Pay to win was a turn off, but at the same time... I dont want to make an ironman. I dont want to play a singleplayer game experience in a MMORPG. I wish there was a way to play with the treasure hunt stuff not giving me free crap to skip so many levels. I enjoy trading and giving ppl stuff that i dont need. I also like getting small gifts from people you meet. Its the social experience/the RP. I dont know what to do at this point. I dont mind the cosmetics store at all/solomon.

You have to retrieve them yourself from the benefits tab. You should check, you probably have years of tokens waiting to be claimed

Maaaaan I switched to WoW or New World for the time being, put too much into RuneScape and its just, idk man this crap constantly with them. Rs3 is only in existence because we solely pay for OSRS. Bummer, if we could get an iota of the love and player interaction they have.

Thank you Init!!! I was honestly worried what you were about to say even if only for a brief moment mind you! Thank you for Sticking up for the Mods on an appropriate subject. The Mods are not only human who may or may not make a mistake from time to time the Mods are also EMPLOYEES as well. Sometimes they might not have the green light to be perfectly honest or potentially lying to to cover up a mistake from another or even a "red herring". The Mods do so much good work and it always seems to me like they always get shit on so hard for the slightest mistake or inconvenience or not thinking of something faster than the one complaining. So what if the mods miss a thing or 2 in a secondary shop for premier tokens. They deal with thousands of pieces of hay while some of these "complainers" hyper focus on 7 transparent plastic needles...
