Their response makes it sound like someone at Jagex went to a polling seminar and was eager to implement this new fancy polling methodology he learned, while forgetting that the "data points" he's plugging into his algorithm are the opinions of actual human beings. "The questions are procedurally generated, so you need the algorithm to make sense of them, don't worry guys - idiotic questions will not produce bullshit results" is amateurism at best. Also, hiding behind "it's just a survey, it doesn't mean anything will be implemented" is not at all comforting. The fact they asked these questions shows how much effort they are putting into selling us anything but the game. So if you really want it and you're willing to pay for it that how Jagex would provide it to you. I think the only thing they could really get away with is adding multiple characters per account and charging a small fee to have multiple characters instead of buying full memberships for each account

Just cancel your memberships, they can be in charge of a dying game with no revenue. Dont take the "best available option" give them no option but to just toss the idea in the trash. Look at Jagex's recent RECORD REVENUE, they are making more money than they ever have and try to push this idea? Let them dig their own grave no need to fuss over this just show them you are not willing to put up with it. You can hope for the best but the best might not come unless you steer the trajectory or the outcome.

Did it say what the community worlds are? If it was a everyone starts at level 90 combat and double drops or something on these servers - i could see some old friends hoping back on to play.

I'm not well versed on this but my understanding was that community worlds would literally be ran by the community. I assume whoever hosts it would have to pay a premium to jagex in order to have their own server with which they could do nearly whatever they wanted.

If they cut membership price in half I might consider some small adds. But half the current cost not double membership then add an ad teir at current price
