@PetraKannКүн бұрын
@ on the leadership front i agree, but only with respect to Neale and Selwood. I dont put Judd in that elite captain’s group. In fact since following the Blues, (1970 onwards) Judd is in my bottom 2 skippers. Jagga seems to have all the attributes. I like the way he moves in heavy traffic. Clean ball user. Classy and has footy smarts. He does come into a Club with a poor 20 years behind it but has improved its culture since Voss arrived and Cripps has excelled as skipper. We will wait and see how Jagga performs. Exciting times ahead at Princes Park

Always appreciate your mature outlook Terry. Let’s celebrate the fact that we just picked up one of the top few junior footballers in the country and get around the kid. Lots of negativity online from certain Carlton supporters. Yeah sure we can speculate how much better off we would be in the short term with Dan Houston or Sid Draper, but it’s just speculation. Nobody knows for sure. I’m excited to see Jagga in the navy blue in 2025 and beyond.

i just wonna put this out there idc if its even the same audience but at first i was really keen on sid draper and was kinda hating on jagga, but everything ive seen based around jagga after getting drafted has made me actually really glad we actually got him. people saying hes been a captain of pretty much everything since 12 years old. smooth mover through the midfield, great at link up plays, hits targets on a run and just finds the pill. clean in and under with some neat skills, and has some great leadership qualities even for an 18 year old, has a tank and speed. so excited to see him play.

He looks good, in his highlights. Looks , like quick minded,( instinctive), he is agile on his feet,( got the Jagger moves), looks like he has enough speed, and can be the linking catalyst to break the lines quickly to get the ball forward,and catch the opposition off guard. Good choice, it's what we're lacking around Cripps, at the stoppages...... Coaches, please coach him to his strengths, to make him flourish. Go Blues.... Go Bluejagga...

What makes me optimistic about him is that his main weakness is his size. That’s the best weakness a drafted player can have. Because that is something that can be improved rather easily. And that greatly impacts his burst and kick penetration.

Great pick up for many reasons. First, he’s a quality prospect based on his recent CV. He has ability in getting the pill and disposal, leadership and high IQ. Second, he should enhance our midfield and increase the pressure on spots and raise overall performance. Cerra and Hew may not be first picks very soon if they can’t perform consistently? There’s also Ben Campo, Lord, Lij, Mots, etc. knocking on the door.
