0.(Refrain) Rām Govind Hari, bhajo re bhaiyā. (ĀĪŪṛāīūḥɛ) O devotee, sing the names of the Lord. Sing Ram, Govind, Hari. 1. Jap tap sādhan, kachhu nahī’ lāgat. (2) Kharchata, nahī’ gatharī. (Refrain) Singing the name needs no chanting, no penance, no practice. Really, it takes no expense from your pocket. 2. Santata sampata, sukha ke kāran. (2) Jā se, bhūla parī. (Refrain) The wealth and treasures of this world, the progeny, the next generation; are all apparent sources of happiness, but in fact they are distractions. That makes one lose his path in this world. 3. Rāma nāma ko, sumiran kar le. (2) Sir pe, mauta khaṛī. (Refrain) Remember the name of Ram; don't wait for your death 4. Kahata Kabīr, jā mukha Rām nahī’. (2) Vo mukha, dhūl bharī. (Refrain) Listen O devotees, Kabir says thus: The tongue on which the name of Ram does not reside is as good as full of dust. .
