I honestly cannot believe it took JLR 8 years (since the introduction of the XF) to finally do a proper revamp of their archaic infotainment system. Oh well, better late than never as they say :P Also you should have tested InControl Touch Pro since it's the best version.

Lovely car all except the new in control app i bought one feb 29 it is currently still in the shop with jaguar unable to connect to the car to make the in control app work as designed. i have been told i just have to wait Great Customer service and that was from the senior executive liaison to the executive offices BEWARE!!!!!!!! The dealers did not have as much as a checklist to tell them all the things needed to be done for this system to be up and running. There are several. Mind you they have been selling the car for months. So how many are out there and not fully connected. Great Job Jaguar other than that the car is divine be very careful make sure the app is routing you around traffic accidents etc before you take delivery make certain you can log into the live app before you pull off if you can't get out and leave the car there until you yourself can verify these things have been done 2016 XJ R-SPORT BRITISH RACING GREEN On top that off when I called jaguar's Mahwah new jersey Corporate office I was told by a clown there it wasn't his fault I bought a Jaguar be very careful these people have no customer service skills on the corporate side I'm beyond furious meanwhile i have been robbed by a car company that does not stand behind their product. I got a letter from the liaison saying i would simply have to wait mind you i bought a car that was supposedly fully functional but i did not get one. the dealer is in the same boat as me but a car company that does not stand behind all components of their new car which had 7 miles on it is really not a car company to deal with
