Just got myself a 2016 XJ portfolio. Has a luxurious ivory leather interior. Has done average 5000 miles a year since owned (only 2 previous owners). Took it on my first motorway journey this week, roughly 125 miles, and hit 68mpg for the trip. Not bad for a big saloon with a 3.0 V6. For a diesel engine it has a lovely sound and in dynamic mode, it can shift! By far the best car I've ever had and also best value for money. Brand new some of these XJ's were £70 to £80k off the forecourt. You can pick one up for around £15 to £20k now with around 40 to 60k miles on. Even cheaper if you don't mind the higher mileage. My driving style instantly changed when I got mine. Slow and steady wins the race now 😂
