Jaguar XK120 five speed conversion Part 1

Part1. Lots of nitty gritty details about the installation of a Tremec T5 transmission into a Jaguar XK120 from scratch (almost). I am also converting the clutch to hydraulic actuation.

For the input shaft tip, you could turn it down and press on a commercially available hardened sleeve.

That's a good idea. Thank you. It's too late now so I'll hope for the best, no problems thus far with 100 miles on the conversion.
