Good for Grant but I’m baffled at the fact Keenan mccardell didn’t get any interviews. Then I’m surprised grant was able to move from assistant to head coach to assistant quarterback coach. The guy was defensive end in college and one year as tight end. Keenan pro bowl player ,Super Bowl winner great job as a coach with wide receivers on the squad. But is either being ignored or it’s nepotism at its finest.

We’d have loved Keenan to come back as anything he’d want to be in Jax. But if this McVay coaching tree keeps putting out successful young OC’s and head coaches, I’m worried A LOT of good coaches who spent decades paying their dues-like Keenan-are going to get passed over and age out. KOC’s gonna have to be the one to get his name in the mix, or else he’s likely stuck at WR coach.
