Yes, he has no teeth because growing up in his time as a poor Jamaican, and possibly not having access to dental care, and rain water (I'm assuming) without the chlorine/flouride no toothpaste that would affect his teeth, plus he's old school so he might've had them extracted and leave it like that, because that's his preference. Mokko would never get whether false or implanted teeth, and I doubt money is a factor, he is who he is, guess you haven't watched enough episodes to see the type of person Mokko is...
