Right on point with what an Act 3 would sound like! Act 3 Boss would be a fight/chase rematch with the eggrobo from one of the previous zones. since you just beat Eggman at Act 2, clearly he doesn't want you leaving the now falling apart Flying Battery, so he sends the egg team to ensure you don't escape. Cue one frustrating moving scene bossfight of you dodging attack after attack before you jump onto Tail's plane to escape.
