Perhaps I was lucky because my childhood games were GTA: Vice City, GTA San Andreas, Morrowind, Need For Speed: Underground, Gotich 1&2 and other cool games. Moreover, I’m not that old, I was just born in a Russian village with a weak computer in 2004. But I also really loved games about such a character from the Russian web cartoon series, Masyanya. They had very funny humor, since the author of the character is from St. Petersburg, and in Russia this city is like a separate world, LOL)

The first experience I had with a licensed kids game was "A Series of Unfortunate Events" for PS2. A game based on the 2004 movie... based on the popular book series by Lemony Snickett. It's... a game. It was clearly made just to promote the movie, but I had fun with it. It's one of those games where your reward is getting to watch compressed clips of the film and stuff. Also, they got Tim Curry to narrate it, so that's cool.

My favourite knock out button in a game was Playstation 2 Tony Hawk Project 8. Whenever i play multiplayer with a friend we would play like hide and seek tag. Because every time you run into each other, you whack them with your skateboard and they fall over. I spent hours running circles around my friends because I've been stuck in the Suburbs level for so long that i knew all the hidden locations and places to hide. Especially the hard to reach levels. Gave me hours of joy even if i couldn't get past the stupid tutorial mission to leave the suburbs.
