yeah, we went on a band and choir trip to Disneyland in Florida and we were expected to eat at a fancy place (don't exactly remember where, just that we probably got a reservation for it) as soon as we got there, after a bus trip that started yesterday morning (it was evening when we got there). we never went to the pool at the hotel due to not having enough time normally and the one time we had a chance to go there we were too tired to go. compared to the time I went to Savanna Georgia for girl scouts when I was younger where we just had pizza at the hotel when we first got there, it was chaos.

Pro Tip for gachapon shops! You can ask the owner if you can change any multiples you have and they'll look to see how many multiples you've got and depending on the case, you can switch them out for different ones that you don't already have! I've done this once for these adorable soju bottles where I kept getting the original bottles instead of the cute green ones and the dude was SO NICE he let me exchange almost like all the boring ones for the designs I wanted. He was funny too when he was like "Shhhh" as like "don't tell anyone" but I'm sure this is a normal occurance if you end up getting multiples!!

Word of advise from a veteran japan weeber, dont buy suitcases, buy boxes, go to fedex, send them to yourself in the U.S. but put a week or two delay on the post. So that the boxes arrive when you are back home. Rinse and repeat during your stay, but having 1 extra suitcase for stuff is always a must. Btw, you didnt even make it past level 1 depth ice berg weebing out in japan. Theres some giant 24hour manga/figure/comic/card/games stores that will suck up every single penny you own. You would have been able to buy some of the most obscure original titles on cartridges second hand at these places. They are amazing. When I say huge, I mean huge, the manga sections are like Libraries. Its insane

Not gonna lie, watching Jaiden's Chiikawa obsession materialize on Instagram back when they were in Japan was interesting, but seeing it happen through this video was outright hilarious. I lost it when it showed Jacob taking the pic in the store. Here in Scotland, when we want an encore it usually ends up like the band has just left the stage and everyone starts chanting; "ONE MORE TUNE! ONE MORE TUNE!" And it's actually pretty funny to witness and be a part of, especially if you're not from Scotland. I think our accents are a big part of it. Bands and musicians from the UK are usually expecting it and think it's fun too, but bands and musicians from other places are always caught off guard and it's just as funny haha.

Watching videos of Jaiden and Jacob is just so sweet. Their friendship is super wholesome, and it feels like they truly love and care about one another. I know they both have plenty of other friends that they are super close with, it’s just cause Jacob has been showing up in so many videos lately, and those videos pretty much always have something to do with their friendship. Either playing games together where they communicate and work together, or it’s just about them having fun together and going out of their way to do something nice for each other. Especially Jacob doing nice things for Jaiden, but given this is Jaiden’s videos and are told from her perspective, in a way Jaiden is happy with, I wouldn’t be surprised if she would/already does similar things for him, but just doesn’t talk about them or highlight them that much. While making sure to highlight all the things Jacob does for her, as a way to show appreciation. They just have so much fun, and make each other super happy. It’s a really wholesome relationship, and such a great example of how strong platonic love can be.
