JF seems way more intelligent (based on podcast delivery) than W&T and that is most likely why W&T was not empowered to confront those issues so he just went with the flow....Also, it seems he was just an employee and not a shareholder...The more intelligent person has a greater responsibility to maintain the harmony...Sometimes it takes an incident for a person like W&T to see not so obvious things...Sad happenings but if they cannot identify the wrongs and fix it then maybe best to move on... JF has a viable show and W&T brought a unique flavor to the show that took it to another level...Tension and resentment kills chemistry so the Dynamic duo is now the talented two...All the best to them....
