+sheghy No, that will not be a simple thing of a planet just influencing the asc. Yellow tinges to the eyes are the result of a high toxic load on the bloodstream and lymph system and most poor health indicators will contribute to that.

Hi Ernst, Great video as always. I had a question, if a rasi is getting second strength through lord, Mer and Jup, would the planet that's in a weak or debilitated dignity in that particular rasi get any help from it?

Hi Ernst, thanks for the great explanations. Is there away to figure out it someone is not meant to have a marriage at all? for example I have mars the 7th house lord (& also DK) in the 5th house aspected by saturn in the 3rd house and jupiterR in pisces in the 11th house. In the navamsa, Jupiter is in the 7th in sag aspected by sun in the 1st while venus is in scorpio in the 6th while DK mars is in the 8th conjunct 1st lord merc at about 29 degrees. Im quite spiritual (moon in 9th house with kemdrum dosha) so if there is no marriage, Im ok with it as I do love my solitude. But Id like to know either way. You're not doing readings these days are you?

My wife and I were ran down by a hit and run driver a few weeks ago while riding our tandem bike, so we are in recovering and so its just not possible. Hey, I have one question....Its little out of context but I am not able to get answers on Google. So i thought of contacting you if in a birth chart, sun has degrees less than 1...it shows sun is weak here...right? Won't Sun gain strength as the person rates ages? with time? say after age 35?

+maggieznoodles No, sun at 1 degree is not necessarily weak. There are many types of strengths in astrology that are used for different purposes. In one context sun at 1 degrees will be weaker than at say 15 degrees, but in other contexts it can be stronger. Never judge anything on astrology based on just 1 factor as there is NEVER only one factor happening to a planet.

I got your explanation Vimshopak bala of my sun is 8/30.....what do you say on this? my sun degree is also far away from my ascendant degree... What are the other strengths should I see? 2 astrologers has said to me that my sun is weak......So I was just wondering....won't Sun gain some strength with the time. I am 35 years old We have also heard that with age, saturn cools down. I have a very tight sun-saturn conjunction in my 10 house

+maggieznoodles Vimshopaka, all I can say, is do not use it, its not part of Parashara astrology. It was brought into BPHS when it was recompiled and its likely persian in origin. You will see charts of presidents and rulers with weak vimshopaka scores. Its not meant to be used with Parashara planetary Friendships, but with Persian planetary friendships which are completely different. Parashara uses Shadbala as modified by the Avasthas to read the chart and Ishta/Subha/Dig Bala to judge Yoga quality.
