This is my one favourite holy places that i have ever visited.. After 12 yrs now in 2018 i went to श्रवणबेलगोला on my birthday i.e on 13 march.. V have got the reservation in January... When saw bhgvan bahubali the 2nd time... . . I can't tell & xpress my happiness & joy in words... Bhgvan bahubali is my one of the favourite lord... I would like to go there 1 more time.. & like to see the abhishek again... If i wish i can reside there itself.. but not possible..😄🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👍 I told to every one who I knows to visit that place..

Till time I too thought this is wastage of food..... But recently I saw video done by phenomenal traveller and I accept his theory of doing this.... This is actually the ancient method of preserving the rock from corrosion.... The statue is made of white marble but due to the offerings there is no corrosion visible except the bottom part towards feet as the offerings r done from head to bottom.... Our ancient indian scholars were way to knowledgeable and they passed on there knowledge by connecting with religious rituals....😊 😊 😊

Are there any one in Karnataka State who is not getting milk. Our state is producing more milk than consumption. It's offering free milk two times for school childrens. This event will come once in 12 years. What will we loose in pouring milk, and again no one is milk thirsty here.. our state is not that poor. And this is a form of preservation of that monument which our ancestors taught us.

Bro did you have any knowledge about dairy industry at all in a first place First off Cow doesn't need calf to produce milk even cows without any calf can produce milk And once the calf is born he can drink not more than 1-2 litre milk and rest milk is sold at higher prices since that milk is sweet and very healthy That milk is available for few days to month depending on the cow health and breed So how can someone use that milk for making ghee If you live in Delhi you can buy that milk as well it solidify very fast and for more than 100 for 250g Second thing use ghee is not bad as statue is located at top of the mountain and using chemical products for securing our ancient monuments can lead to polution and can worsen the ecosystem And as a Jain I totally agree with you about use of dairy products seens ancient times cows are treated well even when they stop giving milk so at that milk is considered as good and beneficial now situation is changed cows are killed and left when they are not useful making milk a product derived from animal cruelty so I strongly against all dairy products

Are there any one in Karnataka State who is not getting milk. Our state is producing more milk than consumption. It's offering free milk two times for school childrens. This event will come once in 12 years. What will we loose in pouring milk, and again no one is milk thirsty here.. our state is not that poor. And this is a form of preservation of that monument which our ancestors taught us.
