Modi's Home Minister Amit Shah said , it was an election jumla only. Which means, a politician can deny and twist any promises it makes. कालिजियम सिस्टम ही होना चाहिए. सरकार द्वारा जजों की राजनीतिक नियुक्ति न्यायपालिका की निष्पक्षता को प्रभावित करेगी ही. हाँ, कालिजियम की कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता भी आवश्यक है. जजों की नियुक्ति मेरिट पर ही होनी चाहिए, न कि विभिन्न वर्गों के प्रतिनिधित्व के अनुपात में. वर्गों को प्रतिनिधित्व देने का परिणाम वर्तमान राजनीति के रूप में हम देख ही रहे हैं.

I could enlightened myself about the main issue of conflicts. The Central Govt wants their supremacy in the matter even violating the basic structure of The Constitutional provisions. But SC wants to protect the Constitutional provisions. Central Govt wants say that they are defacto supreme as elected representatives.onthe other hand the SC says that the are de jure supreme as protector of the Constitution. Appointing the weaker sections of the society does not hinder judiciary's independence, sir just said that NJAC is an act which can hinder its independence. CM is free to recommend such people but he has'nt recommended yet . In he recommends , it will be taken into consideration

जज साहब से पूछिए लालू प्रसाद यादव को लोअर कोर्ट सजा देता है 20 साल मुकदमा सुनने के बाद सजा होती है सुप्रीम कोर्ट ज़मानत दे देता है लोअर कोर्ट के बाद हाई कोर्ट मे ज़मानत की अर्ज़ी लगनी चाहिए थी जहा कम से कम 2 साल बाद नंबर आता लेकिन इनके लिए कोई अदालत मे कही नंबर नहीं डायरेक्ट हियरिंग कानून सब के लिए समान नहीं है
