This is an era of video games I truly miss. Games were more colorfull, imaginary, creative, inspired and original. Today, every game feels and looks the same. A generic first person shooter, a fantasy RPG or if we're lucky, maybe a good remake of a classic game. And they all seem to have a focus on looking as realistic as possible. I miss games like this. I enjoyed Jak 3 the most. Awesome levels, gameplay, and most importantly, an overall manageable difficulty compared to the first 2 games (ESPECIALLY JAK 2). Jak 1 got frustrating halfway to the end, more or less.

One thing I never noticed until Now, Daxter wasn’t the typical sidekick in the first game. Usually, his character type would be a coward for a majority of the game until his big bravery moment. But instead, he is brave throughout the entire game. He may not be as brave as Jak is, but he’s never ran from a fight. His only moment of true cowardice is at the beginning of Jak 2 where he leaves Jak to be arrested by Erol and the Krimson guards.

It was unwinnable battle. If Daxter stay put there. He would likely be caught and doing dark eco experiment while he was already infected by dark eco in first game which turned him into weasel like creature. Remember they suddenly got trapped themselves into unfamiliar place so they had little time what to do

No it's a bootstrap paradox because of the fixed point in time caused by their first travel and their as of yet 3rd travel. To complete the grandfather paradox introduced in 3 by word of the precursors stating in the end at the bar that Jack was the Mar as in their champion and founder of Haven City also making Jack his own ancestor.
