Jak 2 - Restoring the unused zoomer hijack voice lines

Jak 2 has a lot of unused voice lines. Jak has about 15 unused lines that would have played when he steals a zoomer and the citizens have a few lines that would have played in response to that.
For fun, I added these voice lines back with a random chance to be played every time Jak steals a vehicle.

English wasnt exactly my first or even second language so the story itself was pretty hard to understand until i was a little older. I just thought jak is the hero. And that there is no gray area. But voicelines such as the once in this video would be enough for me to understand that he was actually taking them. As an adult do i find these voicelines kinda edgy so happy they never got it.

Yes, these are all still in the final build. There's a ton of voice lines in the final game that remain unused.

Nothing here is going to be set in stone, you can always change how often civilian/jak's voicelines triggers. GTA has always had these kinds of voicelines, but I can see how quickly it would be annoying after hearing the same lines over and over, although you don't really hijack in this game very often. I'd personally prefer to reduce civilian voicelines to be triggered perhaps 1/6 or 1/4 of the time and leave jak's the same. Maybe they can have voicelines alternate between or trigger in a different way. Either way, this option doesn't have to be black and white, all or nothing. You can always change how often and whenever

I think it's great for his character, the only thing we really saw about him being any different post-prison is like the first two missions and when he gets irritated with Kiera before that one race where you play as Daxter. I feel like they should have had more instances where he just seemed like a douche sometimes for no reason, it would make more sense from a story position, especially since even after the light eco "balances him out," in the third game, he's still the same exact personality. Like they could have made him a little more of a dick to Daxter, and Daxter kind of afraid of him. Would have had a much better bar to start at for actual character growth.

Holy shit I had no idea this was a thing, this is so cool! Man it would have been awesome if this was kept, I've always found Jak too silent in-game and wished he had more voice lines, I'm pretty sure the only times you do hear him speak in-game are in the mission where you protect young Jak, and the races, and those moments almost feel jarring because Jak is so silent in gameplay for the rest of the game.
