I used to play this when I was about 10-11 years old with my cousin, who was responsible for showing me the best game I ever played. I finished the whole game 3 times, but then I got bored of ps2 and stopped playing, though I never got bored of Jak 3. Now I'm 17 and have ps3. Last week I bought the trilogy for ps3 and I finished the game in only 2 days. I couldn't help it but cry in the end. So many memories. So many great times.. BEST GAME EVER CREATED BY MAN!

Man... Sometimes I get the feeling of missing something and I never knew what it really was that I'm missing, but listening to this makes me realize that the thing I'm missing is something I will never have again, the experience of playing a trilogy like this for the first time again. I just feel like time is going so fast, and for me it now is kind of a ritual to come back here every few months, listen to this soundtrack and look back seeing that I actually grew up. To everyone who sees this, I hope you had a great time playing Jak and daxter and feel the same way about the trilogy as I do

It's being a difficult time 'cause I usually look back to my childhood and teenage... Now, I can say I was very happy. Jak&Daxter was with me during all my life, I think I played it at 6/7 years old first time... and I still play it nowadays... I feel nostalgic with this soundtrack and reading the comments of all of you, seeing that you guys and I had the same type of happy childhood with this golden era of videogame. Hope all of you will be happy and have a great life.

I remember getting the most bittersweet feeling sitting through those credits the first time. Spent a good deal of the early 2000s playing the Jak and Daxter games as they released, and even as a kid I just knew by the music here that Jak 3 was officially closing things out. The melancholic tone, the tragedy of Damas, and nostalgia from the first two games really tugged at the heartstrings.

The end credits music for Jak 3 reminds me of 2 of my favourite movie composers John Williams and James Horner.

Those bass trombones (not sure if that's what they are) around 2:22 always get to me. You hear them a lot throughout cutscenes in the game and I don't know, maybe those particular soundtracks are carved in my childhood memories as well as this game. Never thought it would hold so much sentimental value, though. Truly moves me. Good times.

The trombone players in the band I'm in (I play flute) are so shy and terrible, you barely even hear them play, including clarinets. I'm in 7th grade, and I play flute very well, so well, I'm always ahead of other flutes
@timtim1999136 жыл бұрын
XXlibarat0rXX Just give them all time to work on their instrument. I am a trombone player and when I was in my, 9th and 10th year of high school I was terrible. I won't tell the whole story but lets just say my 11th and 12th grade year, I got two awards. One of them being a John Philip Susan award if you know what that is.

A beautiful reminder of the golden age of gaming. Before squeakers on Call of Duty or Minecraft, before PC Master Race nazis, before DLC's, before graphics whores. The Jak & Daxter series were part of an era where gamers cared more about having fun rather than graphics or online trophies, and it was a game where kids went on a great adventure instead yelling sexual insults or racial slurs while playing online. I played all the J&D games. The last few days I was playing the HD collection on my PS3, and I've had more fun with it than even the best ''modern'' games I have in my collection.
@MaoRatto8 жыл бұрын
We were always graphics whores though, look at the 90's and early computers for graphics specifically. Turbo graphics was a prime example and super nintendo's 3D Starfox snes game.

Quinn The Quartz I see, well I think it was because the technology was still evolving a lot that people were hyped and excited for anything that would be getting better and more realistic.
