Wow jak 3 best game ever ,and the best thing is that they didn't hold anything back .. They put all bad ass shit guns,cars , powers, mini gams,and all kinds of missions I say all games should be like this if they want to blow gamers minds. besides Ratchet And Clank is an awesome game too

Who said he was eaten? Kleiver said he wanted his own sidekick. There are no hints at all that he was eaten. That would've been a bit too much I reckon. Here's what he said in the ending. "Where do you think you're going little bugger? I've decided I want my own sidekick and you've been nominated. We're going to be a great team, JUST DON'T MAKE ME ANGRY!!"

Yeah, I wish they had him as the main villain. I thought it wasn't very original of Naughty Dog to bring Erol back as a robot. Though I must say, I love Veger's comeuppance towards the end lol. Even if you didn't get to fight him, he got what he deserved lol.

Hardcore fans'll always say something new sucks for series. TLF keeps the main point of it being a platformer so it is enjoyable to play, just don't expect it to be as good as the original trilogy is all.

jak & dextar , jak 2 , jak 3 were BEST games on ps2 & my fav one is jak 3 but sadley they ruined the game after making jak X & jak 5 which it had bad graphic were bad , no awesome weapons like we had in jak 3 , no dark/light eco power , no fun missions , no metal heads to kill , in other way nothing was special in them but we can hope that they can creat new greater jak & daxter adventure .

Jak 2: Jak is sent to the future and is captured in prison for 2 years. Baron Praxis ( Haven City's leader) pumps dark eco into him and Jak gets dark powers. Jak meets his young self and saves the boy from Kor, the metal head leader. Jak 3: Jak is thrown out of Haven City by Count Veger and gets stuck in the wasteland deserts. Damas rescuses Jak and takes him to Spargus City. Jak then returns to Haven City to help save the city. ( I don't know the rest cause I am currently playing Jak 3.)

There's green eco in the Life Crates/Boxes. In Jak 3 red eco is used as turbo. You can say that in Jak 3 there are all types of Eco, since Light Eco is the fusion of all types of Eco..

Has anyone noticed that when naughty dog makes an amazing series with the third in the series being incredibly badass;although the second being the most enjoyable, and the third game usually expected to be the last that they make and then they come out with a fourth game, usually a racing game, that does worst than all the others. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake with Uncharted.

While I freely admit that the first Jak and Daxter game is my favourite of the series, I also admit that 3 is by far the better game. The reason being is that it felt far less restrictive than the others. Right from the start you're given complete freedom on where to go and what to do, unlike the first game where it was largely just a straight line from the start to finish and the second game had you confined to specific areas of the city. This was sandbox. Perhaps not the best, but good.

I think they need to make another game where you're character has problems and turns into a monster, this game did it perfectly, and they should do something like that again. Cuz it seems like there's not too many games out there now that do that. Cuz sometimes u just want 2 go all out and kick everything's ass, but u can't cuz everything needs to be realistic now, well who says u can't combine the 2 things, monsters and realism. They just don't make games like they use to

@Pinter333 true that, but in the lost frontier a scientist who "was" a dark eco sage sounds like a old gol accoron, wich reminds me, whatever happened to maia? if my theorie is correct, she should try and take revenge in a whole new jak game. if i made that game, she,in any way be part of it, it would be jak and daxter: beyond the brink wich whould take place where the lost frontier left off as they explore areas that the eco core's viens are connected or lead to[end of lost frontier].

@DeathToTheNation lost frontier was made my naughtydog. the entire story line, game title, chars, etc. were made my naughtydog. but instead of finishing the games development they made Jak X instead, but they always planned to go back to the other game they had done 50% of. HIG is made up of NaughtyDog members so they finished it. The other ND focused on Drake instead, but have said they are making a J&D for PS3.

@DeathToTheNation i dont think its that bad, dark daxter's kinda weird, and jak without a goatee, and hero mode is totally f**ked up like, but besides that. it's ok. it took me 11 hours to finish it, 11 hours and a bit. Legen of Spyro took me 7 hours, i love it when i complete a game dead fast 1st time.

I´ve never understand why Naughty Dog ended the Jak and Daxter series with Jak X (a racing game) as the series was a success. Its so sad.... PS: I know that "The lost frontier" exists... but not only it was developed by a different company, but it was also, in my opinion, the worst one of the series

Well now its being put into a ps3 game its in the playstation network store too the cost for it on the playstation store is $14.99 but i found one at Best Buy and its the whole collection it comes with Jak and Daxter, Jak 2 and Jak3 but thats $30.00 and its all for ps3

They say there out of ideas or whatever (not sure of the reason why no more games), but they can make an exelent series showing us what Jak would do as Mar (he is Mar) when he is hiding the precursours from the metalheads and building the city and mines and temples ETC...

You know what'd been so cool in the next game? If you fell(or got accidentially pushed by a 7ghh@!! metal head) into a valley or whatever, you could transform into Light on the way down(you you're fast enough) and fly up again/ collect orbs in the air.. That's so rocked :)

I really want them to put this on ps3. I love the gun mods and light/dark powers! But consequently, the fourth game wasn't as good as I expected (not jak X). And at the end of jak 4, they don't let you roam around like they did in the other games. ;_;
