Looks very good, in cutscenes at least (I bet it looks quite bad in gameplay but you can't have everythjing), care you share your settings?

in gameplay, I switch between another DoF preset, so its a fixed DoF set to only objects way off in the distance, and its not dynamic or shift during gameplay. It looks surprisingly good in gameplay. The level above the city where you cross the bridge to enter the palace looks amazing.

Maybe it’s part of the point of looking “Cinematic”, but this would look a lot better if the colours popped more instead of having the colours be dulled

I just used some default settings from one of the filmic shaders, you can add others shaders that increase the colour, or tweak it to your own preferences, reshade is insanely versatile.

Ryzen 3800x CPU, RTX 3080. 32 gigs of ram. I don't think OpenGoal is too intensive to run on lower end PC's. Its not emulation, its running the entire game through OpenGL, natively. I think their official website has minimum PC specs, and they are quite low.
