By the gods. This looks amazing! I just got into leather crafting and hope that i will able to create an armguard like this. Also thank you for the free pattern 🤘 It's rare to find something like this

Thank You😁 Try it out, I actually made this armguard back when I was pretty new to this craft, so it's easier to make than it may look at first glance. Just be patient😃 Good luck

Mother of God. Sir, may I say that that is a sexy armguard. I watched this 3 times over and I think you got me into wanting to do leather work. Thanks for the free patterns, this design so far looks. Absolutely the best. Thanks again!!!!

I love the arm guard. My wife wants me to make her some arm guards for grooming cats. For both arms. She is a professional cat and dog groomer. I have been taking archery since a kid. When I saw your video I was impressed with the simplicity of the design and development of it. I am impressed very much. Did you use 2-3 oz Vegtan leather? I downloaded your pattern. I am just making sure its the type my wife wants. If not I am making it for myself.

Hey! Thanks Man, I appreciate the good word! And I'm glad You like the design. Leather I used for the armguard was 4oz Veg tanned. 3 oz should work just as well, but the armguard will be softer- less protective, less suitable for archery (maybe for bow below 30#). But for protection against cat claws 2-3 oz should be perfect :) I strongly advise You to have some fun with the pattern, adjust it to the style and size that Your wife wants. Good luck!

Love the patron. But so plane, colour would have be better. 😅

It is pretty plane, but at that point in life I didn't know how to tool leather😅 Check out my video about Viking Arm Guard, it is almost the same pattern but with some tooling included, the look is quite different 😉
