You can buy a new airport train ticket, or simply take the KCI Commuterline trains. You cannot split your journey with a single ticket.

Taxis are not readily available from BNI City, but you can call for a Grab. If your final destination requires a taxi ride, you may be better off taking a taxi from the airport from the start.

Nope, you need to have your own prepaid card already. Cashless in Indonesia is getting more difficult in Indonesia for tourists.
