They are just feeling frisky because of the combination of the cold and the wind. My horses would always have so much energy when it would get cold and windy out. Riding them then would be so much fun.

My favorite thing in the cold weather was to turn my horses out, and watch them run and play. I could watch them for hours. That Ivy was looking like a bucking and kicking donkey. Dan just was saying thank goodness I don't where that stuff. It is a good thing that Jake is so agile as many fences he has to jump on and over. 😁🤗❤

LOL reminds me of the time we were riding quads and I had my friend on the back I pulled a wheelie and couldn't get it down! I said just let go because she was pulling me off the back! Good evening Jami. Jake to the rescue at work time in the morning. Jumping fences no less, Dixie jumping ship to run around the outside showing her pretty green/brown blanket, then the donkeys staying in the confines of the paddock but having a blast chasing each other. Ivy's blanket a little long/large so glad Jake was there to help catch her, settle her down to take the blanket off. Dang the big, big can run. Amazing how fast Tex, Santianna, Pearl and Grace can be when playing. Tex wanted to show the girl his dominance by shoving that barrel ahead of all of them. Horses were kicking and was afraid that Buc ee's was going to get it bad as Voodoo was kind of kicking towards his blind side. Glad everyone was okay and you got rescued and nobody was hurt in the making of this video. Have yourself a great day. See you tomorrow night for live.

My goodness everyone got their exercise, they must have been tired and hungry after that. Jake to the rescue! He's a brave one going up to kicking donkeys. The animals wouldn't have known what to do with themselves here. It's going back down to -14 F tonight and so far we've had 15" of snow today with more to come on Wednesday. I really miss summer. 💚 I love how you are so patient when your animals escape 💗 I wouldn't have the time to chase after them every now and then. 😅 I would have put up gates or ropes in that big opening to the hay barn/stall, a long time ago, and only close it when it's time to let horses in or out so that they could only go out to the pastures or into the stall. Oh my gosh! All the bigs were in crazy this morning, Jamie! I love how they all decided to run around and show off, but wow! It wouldn't have been good if they had all run back into the barn! I wonder whether Dixie took a wrong turn and then realized she didn't recognize where she was?
