This is completely off topic and irrelevant, but I just got diagnosed with fibromyalgia after years of wondering what the hell is wrong with me. Just wanted to thank you for reminding me and many others that we're not alone in the battle of chronic illness and that answers can be found if you keep advocating for yourself and staying strong. You inspired me to finally seek medical counsel at the beginning of this year, which led to endless amounts of tests that finally came to a conclusion just a couple of days ago. I've had my diagnosis for 14 years, the best advice anyone has given me has been to read everything I can get my hands on about it. Medical journals, studies, the stories written by other patients. There aren't enough appointment slots open in a year at my doctor for him to have fully educated me on fibromyalgia and all the ways we can make our own lives easier, and honestly the best people to teach us about it are those that have walked the path ahead of us.
