This is a soon to be done repair on my 66. I did this mod when I painted the car in 1976. I believe I still have the removed panels so my repair will be a little different.

just a tip ive found when it comes to scrapers i always round the corners off. it saves you scrathing and making deep scores. epecially when stripping old paint off. and if you add some acitone to your resin it will give you a longer time period to work it but not to much acitone as itll make the resin extra runny

Do you Matt fiberglass over the factory body seams also so they don’t shrink in after painting . Thanks

Looking good, how are you managing the dust from sanding in your shop?

Replace the panel at the factory seams checking clearance bumper brackets and bumpers before gluing . No clue , where is your buble roller.
