Your build costs 7.15B sell and 6.37B buy in jita. You get just a little over 100M per run. It means you need more than 60 runs to just break even. I don't believe you can survive all these runs without dying once, at least not in a sustained way. For people who may believe him instead of me, please test this out on the Singularity before you give this a try. You need to test this long enough so you at least experience most of the hard rooms to see how ridiculous this build really is.

Hi, I know this was a year ago, but just for posterity, passive fits generally cost more, you pay for the luxury of managing less and I do believe it has more survivability than an active fit would.

If your getting nueted out, why not drop the hardener for a shield recharger t2 or another shield exender if your powergrid can handle it?

Have you tried this fit with a Gamma filament? Seems like that is typically where you see the passive fits ran, with the shield regen bonus of the filament.

Those numbers are right for Augmented with Caldari Drone Specialization V. You might need more Mutated Specialization.

Unfortunately this vid only shows some of the easiest waves. Would be interesting to see how this fit stands up to Karybdis Tyrannos. 1. Around 11:19 you said something about neuts turning off weapons. That wouldn't apply to missiles or drones. 2. T2 drones benefit from drone specialisation, so slightly more DPS but much less EHP

I used pretty much this exact fit on SISI but with abyssal rolled extenders and i got absolutely DELETED by the 6x marshal room lmao. It doesn't work, it's a fast way to lose 6b+. 2x medium Pith A boosters 2x Pith A hardeners 1x thukker cap battery gistum c? afterburner faction drone augments x3 Semi conductor circuit I EM reinforcer crystal set Run electricals, it walks through almost every wave with just 1 booster on and is 70% cap stable. Runs cold, never used heat or drugs. Easy money.

I suck at the Abyssals sites. I would be embarrassed to admit how many Gila's I have lost. Would this same fit work on T2,T3,T4 & T5? I thouhgt it may be away for me to get better if I can use the same fit as low as T2 and work my way up.

If a fit is made for T6 Exotic that fit will do any lower Exotic tier. If fit is made for T6 Electricals that fit will do any lower Electrical tier. The only difference in tiers is the ammount of enemies, dps that they do and dps you have to do to get the 3 rooms done in 20 minutes. The only reason to have tier specific fits is that you dont want to have a 4B fit doing T3 or T4 when a 800M fit could do that.

Idk I'm running 5-6 T4 Darks in an hour and make around 150-250mil. Far more relaxing, alot less risk and dirt cheap filaments aswell.

its a buffertank first and recharging secondary.. you still have 459 ehp/s with extenders compared to 630 with purgers but the shield hp goes from 28.6k to 49.5k. Personally I've never had the balls to take a passive Gila into a T6 though but I know from a few vaga runs in gamma that there are definately rooms with way more dps than 630 so you need to clear the main threats or else you go p00f... with that many passive mods you have room to heat your invul and ab a lot so you need to do that whenever you still have high damage threats on grid.

If you're running T6 and a ~8bil fit you better have everything important at lvl5.

I love seeing other people doing T6 abyss, but, I deff wouldn't do it as you do this. The way you do it it's literally a suicide. I've done thousands of abyss filaments and if you need some tips or anyone else in comment section, drop me a comment and in game name, I will happily help anyone.

I have not done any of the high tier sights, but from my low tier experience, I find it to be boring. Just rinse repeat. So what it really comes down to is how much of the exact same thing do you want to do over and over and over again? I suppose that same philosophy is the same in much of everything else to do in Eve with even less of a pay, but I like the variety of things. And this does not quite do it for me. Now if they had a 'random abyssal' site where you go in not knowing what your de buffers were or what you were going to face...

Yesterday in a t3 gila run I got 7 dissipator CRUISERS spawn and a webbing frigate, I got 0 cap after one salvo and webbed. A 2 bil active gila wuldve died to that bullshit yet my minimal 500m cheap passive fit just tanked it like nothing. Also rooms with 5 scyllas and webbers on the side. It doesnt matter what you fly, if a t3 can spawn that bullshit, a t5 abyss is guaranteed to spawn death rooms vs any 30bil fit, you're just hoping it doesnt do so every 10 runs. Its not about piloting, you can', t "outpilot" a spawn with 15 kikimoras and 5 drekavaks half webs and half neuts, the total spool goes past 1500 in half a minute by the time u kill 3 of them Also the infamous 2 rooms with battleship and a third cruiser heavy one ==100% timer death, no way around it
