I think that if you have a character that is running 6 extraction planets and no factory planets, it is actually viable to have command center upgrades at IV, as you can run 8 basic factories + and maxed out extractor with full heads if the planet is at least a-okay in terms of resource density. On gas planets you want a good gas planet, cuz you're missing one head. Another thing is, you can create alt characters on each of your account using multiple character training ques, so one PLEXed account can provide you with effectively 3 omega PI toons, although at the cost of a bit of an investment.

@JAKEL33T solid video, didn't know the info about 1 toon with command center 5 being better than 2 toons with command center 3. I have 2 toons with CC 4 upgrading to 5 rn. Ya knowwhat they say about 20/20 sight.

Do you worry about alts training in alpha, did you have to explain anything to ccp? Typically that's against the EULA to operate alphas alongside omegas.

I fill their skill track for 211 days and just forget about them. I don't ever have alphas logged in at the same time as omegas

Do you use a certain skill plan for setting up alts so that soon as you max the 5 mil SP you have the skills you need. Getting pilots to plex themselves is what i struggle with. I have a lot of specialized pilots but none in the way you suggested.

No, I just have saved fits I use to add skills they need.
