What if the Goal of the Commandment was actually intended for Rowan to be the one to reach Heavenly Sword *(which effectively made him as strong as Cecilus and as talented as him)* but he slipped off from that path too much that the Goal of Commandment had to be passed to someone else which is Cecilus who could have been only born right with the help of an obssessed dude like Rowan?

Man... This star gazer thing for Rowan looks weird to me. Like yeah, he is given a destiny but unlike other Star Gazers who effectively survive various fatal situations, Rowan is not shielded by this factor. *It's as if like the World has given him the destiny to follow but doesn't really care if he lives or dies as we have seen in Subarus failed loop where Todd kills Rowan.* Even for Cecilus, although not a star gazer but an object chosen by the it dies in Subaru's failed loop, again implying something odd within the "Star Gazers survive thing" *Furthermore, it's stated in Cecilus's World quote that Cecilus is like a Foreign Entity to the World. This would make sense that although Cecilus is actually a genius and skilled person the World doesn't really care about him.* Edit: Maybe my observation is just wrong, but something feels off to me about this Star Gazer thing and few people having this "World Quote mentioned to them in story"

@@galedex5661 Yeah, what if Cecilus is also a Star Gazer. Perhaps his attitude makes it so that he doesn't care about the voices of Observers? Or what if his perks like Intuition is actually one of the Star Gazers Shenanigans but he doesn't really understand it and thinks that it's just him being too good? Also I guess there is this one observer who is like trying to get people to heavenly sword, but meanwhile there are other observers who had admitted that Reinhardt will always win and so they don't really care about other people reaching heavenly sword, so even if they die they just don't care lol.

Does reaching the heavenly sword just mean defeating reinhard in a battle? Heavenly sword is defined as the pinnacle of swordsmanship and I don't think reinhard has himself reached to that level without the help of his dragon sword.

@@RandomCultist Yes, Reinhardt hasn't reached the Heavenly Sword yet but in this current era he's the best Swordsman. So to reach the Heavenly Sword you have to go further, that is fighting Reinhardt will be a thing. Though according to my plot sense there's much to reaching heavenly sword than to just kill people and learn new skills. Perhaps this certain thing is why people can't truly achieve the heavenly sword

Yes it is, there are people mad about not being about Subaru's POV all the time during arc 7 but we need the world building sooner or later, we can't have a good story without it, otherwise we would have plot holes. It may not be the most likeable but arc 7 has some very good peak moments. And arc 8 the whole gang is together already so it's just the same as until arc 6.

Personally, Arc 7 had high highs and low lows, it introduced a lot of characters that I don’t quite have the same investment I have as our regular cast. Arc 8 is pretty engaging so far but we’ll have to see how it goes.

Idk they already fought to a draw kimda, but idk how you beat Reinhardt with his DP's. But Cecil is strong like the OG Reid so if you can deactivate Reinhardts DP Cecil wins easily

​@@Reaperherpderp "Ceci is strong like the OG Reid" he is nowhere near as strong as og Reid. Ceci and Reinhardt having a draw in a duel doesn't mean much. In a serious fight, Reinhardt easily beats him. This is proven in Wrath If where Reinhardt and Ceci fought each other. Reinhardt was effectively being weakened by the Pandemonium, but Ceci still lost that fight
