High risk again... bad news at growth scan | 35 Week Pregnancy Update | JAKS Journey [CC]

35 Week Pregnancy Update: I had my 36 week growth ultrasound and there were two developments. First he is still breech(no surprise there) and secondly he continues to trend down in growth, which is now concerning to my OB. We made plans to see the MFM(high risk doctor) to see if we can have an ECV and also added weekly BPP to my normal appointments. New "last call" delivery date is at 39w exactly.

Oh honey, I’m sorry. I had biophysical profiles/non stress tests for around half of my pregnancy with my son. IUGR also but he had other massive problems. He’s 23 now. Endo was our fertility issue. I really got to know my little guy during those times. They were stressful but oh so comforting as well. My nurses were great and would let me just watch him boppin around as well as sucking his thumb, yawning hiccuping and so on. I think of you daily. Every Mon, I eagerly wait for your next video. You are so strong and so is Kingsley!!! If delivery must be by C Section, I know you’ll do great and recovery isn’t too bad. I’ve had 3. I’’m still praying/ putting it into existence that the EVC is still okay and it works! I’m so happy you’ve got a great team looking after the both of you! Happy belated Mother’s Day and hope your wknd was loads of fun! 💕💕

You and your baby will be fine 💞 i’m 34 weeks and 4 days and high risk pregnancy the last ultrasound my baby was 3 lbs 11oz and in %15 percentile but my dr wasn’t considered at all she just book me another ultrasound at (35 + 1 day ) to check the growth , i had also a non stress test last Friday baby wasn’t move as much and her heartbeat dropped suddenly and then go back to normal 😓 I don’t know what’s going on i’m just scared i have a scheduled c section at 39 weeks ( since i had already 2 c section) but I don’t wanna wait any longer i wanna have her at 38 weeks 💔 I hope my dr agree with me 😢 sending prayers to u and ur little one ❤️

Fo you know how many weeks you are measuring?? Is it on track with how many weeks you are pregnant? I just wanted to tell you I am kinda in the same situation except my doctor isn't concerned 🤷‍♀️ my babies head is in the less than 1 percentile but he isn't concerned because baby has grown 4 weeks since my last scan. but I am measuring 2 weeks behind. This is with the MFM. I am trying really hard not to stress because O know that can put stress on baby and make things worse. Im hoping I will get good knees at my next scan

Sorry for getting back to you so late Elizabeth. Kingsley was measuring on track at the 20week scan and kept falling into a lower and lower percentile at each subsequent growth scan. My belly/fundal height was also measuring behind. Ultimately we delivered early at 37w4d once he had fallen into the 4th percentile. Luckily there is nothing wrong with him; it was likely just a placenta issue. Wishing you luck with this pregnancy!

Hi dear! Please don't worry too much about it I have pcos, it took me 2 yrs to get pregnant In my 35 week scan the told me that my placenta was aging too fast, the amniotic fluid is decreasing and the baby was too small. I had to go for daily ctg They said I might have an emergency c section at anytime I was most bummed abt the c section In the end I was induced at 36 weeks, had a vaginal delivery with forceps, baby was born 2.3 kg (5 lb) He's fiiine even though he was induced early and under weight Babies will amaze you at how resilient they are As for vaginal delivery, it can ruin your vagina for ever 😂🤣🤣🤣 in my opinion c section isn't so bad after all So don't stress out too much
