when I was hired by FTL in 70s, that engineer panel struck terror in my heart ! 10 fuel tanks, xfeeds, OMG...but it was a great airplane eventually I flew them up front and it was a cadillac to fly

Must have been fun compared to newer automated jets. I'm amazed by that sextant and astronavigation. Navigator was the 4th crew member, right? How often did you have to make course adjustments with the sextant?
10 tanks and manual CSD disconnect levers, must be from an early airplane. He probably says, but I don't understand. And the EPR indicators going up into the 3.0,- 3.5 range, that's an old non-fan straight pipe 10, or 20 series model.

My first jet back in ‘79. Flew Models. 21, 31, 33, 42, 55CF, 61, 63F from the R Seat! “Source, Force, Course” managing fuel, and “Locking the Lollipop” - only those who flew the “Diesel 8” would understand! Great memories! Love to visit the cockpit in Japan -Where is it??
