I am happy to present to you the tangy and cool Jaljeera drink recipe made in 2 ways! One is the traditional way and the other with a refreshing minty twist. Both are super invigorating, that’s for sure!

Jaljeera is quick and easy to prepare, especially with #IndiasNo1 #BajajMixerGrinders.

Jaljeera (Jaljeera Masala & Cucumber Mint Jaljeera)
Prep Time - 15mins
Cooking time - 5mins
Serves - 4
Ingredients
Cumin - 2tbsp+1tsp
Black Pepper - 4tsp
Cloves - 2 tsp
Anaradana - 2½ tbsp
Dried Ginger Powder - ½ tbsp
Asafoetida - ½ tsp
Amchur - 2 tbsp
Black Salt - 2tsp
Iodised Salt - 2tsp
Mint Leaves powder - 1tbsp
Lemon - ½ no
Water (chilled) - as required
Ice cubes - handful
Boondi - handful
For cucumber & mint Jal Jeera
Cucumber - ½ pc
Mint leaves - a handful
Lemon - ½ no
Water (chilled) - as required
Ice cubes - a handful
