I would use it as a condiment in any food that benefits from chutney, it can alsi work well as a glaze/marinade for roasted chicken or pork

I live in Germany and don’t have the same access to all the delicious chilies. I could Amazon but they are pretty pricey and I rather don’t want to use Amazon if possible. Do you grow your chilies? If so could you please make a video about it? Or do you have any other idea how I can make most of your sauces without Mexican chilies? I have access to Turkish ones :)

I do grow a lot of peppers, yes. You might try to talk with a local farmer to grow and for you. There are subs you can do, like Anaheims.
