Cannot wait to see the holy weapon moment animated. I think it will be in the movie not the season... but either way; its the most hype moment for me that I want to see everyone's reaction to. Demiurge is now one of my favs for that moment alone.

Ouch that personality type as a coworker... sympathy is right. Honestly I think of the princess/queen when I think of the trio for a reason. Because if you do the hate character right I block them from my memory so they are not given credit. I prefer the ones written where your supposed to like hating them personally.

Absolutely loved this volume my only complaint is I feel like the part with ghost ship was dragged out for much to long. Like what's going to come out the fog be on guard and it takes so long that I'm not in suspense I'm annoyed like just get it over with. But other then that zero complaints.

I actually don;t blame the holy knights too much, they mostly just failed to adapt. As for Rem she had good instincts not to trust Ainz she just didn't know what to do with that helplessness

If your insects tell you that this entity is dangerous, and your answer is let's use them to our benefit, then you are a fool, a fool who will most likely be responsible for the deaths of millions. I don't think she even has instincts. She is just selfish, self-centred and ego-driven, that's why she keeps making bad choices and getting people killed, but because of the position she holds none of the realistic thinkers around her can actually stop her. She is the definition of the phrase “might does not necessarily make right.” She is just a powerful fool nothing more.

@@mikejrphilips9870 If you are too weak to defeat someone then setting up a fight with someone stronger than them is used in the real world. The U.S military is constantly being used in such a way. Ukraine can't beat Russia? Get the U.S involved. Taiwan can't beat China? Call the U.S navy. She knew better than to trust Ainz and even saw through his plan to take over the country. She is not a thinker and her only options were to submit her country to Ainz or try and resist. Based on your statement it seems like you think submitting is the smarter choice. Then again you have never had someone you cared for tortured in front of you. I think there are some things you shouldn't compromise on but her problem was she couldn't think long term

If I were here when “someone I cared about was being torched in front of me” I would of died trying to do something about it. Not tuck my tail between my legs and run to only go make my problem someone else's. She is a weakling that uses the little power she has to bully those around her but when a real problem shows itself she hides behind the same weak people so she can run to safety. You won't change my mind on this on fam. As for the US Army I could write a book about show wrong you are, but I don't want to so I'll just say this, No one uses the US army they stick their noses in issues that have nothing to do with them so when the problem is eventually resolved they can demand minerals or whatever resources that country has in abundance as payment. If you don't believe me I suggest you look at the counties America sides within every commotion, every move they make is for self-benefit in the long run. I would go as far as to say they instigate some of these wars so they can swoop in as the hero's. America = Ainz when you think about it.

What you are talking about are CIA operations and even then one side uses them to wipe out the other. The actual army had no business in WW1 or 2 yet Europe dragged them in

The hatred for Remedios is visceral, and the reason is simple, just like all the greatest not-antagonists you've ever read or watched. You KNOW her. The difference between life and fiction, is that in life, you are obligated to respect her as another living being. You KNOW her. Thus when you see her in fiction, that built up hatred bubbles up and has you slavering, tripping yourself up at all the things you really wanna say at her; and frothing with the knowledge that even if you could say them, it would not matter, as she is incapable of self-correction, only blame deflection. You... KNOW... her!

People can dislike or hate people without anyproof of wrongdoing.
