Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of Jalebi also known as Jerry in Nepal. Jalebi is one of the desserts that doesn't need any special occasion to enjoy, it can be eaten anytime. Jalebi is made using all-purpose flour, sugar syrup and a tea spoon of baking powder and does not need any special ingredients. It' an easy-to-make dessert recipe that can be made in just 30 minutes. Jalebi is often paired with some other dishes for example: puri, halwa, samosa and some sort of tarkari. Jalebi can be served as breakfast, lunch or dinner. It goes well with some spicy food.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
For making Jalebi batter:
200 all purpose flour (maida)
150-180 ml water
a pinch of food color (optional)
juice from ½ lemon or 2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp hydro (optional)
For Making Sugar Syrup:
400 gm sugar
300 ml water
3 cardamom
juice from half lemon
Saffron (optional)
200 ml Oil/Ghee/ for frying
