Jailen takes his work seriously. Know how to pit priorities. Hard in training. Staying professional. He never makes fun of things in a bad way or enlarge speculations. He knows when to say no to some old bromates & prioritize his work and family as well as actual personal investing time. I’m very proud of this professional. Some others disappointed me with their unprofessional behaviours, including bulling, conspiracy theories about injuries and heavy non stop wine drinking between trainings and even during finals. I hope JB can be super tuff on those BASKETBALL teammates & make them grow up for ones and have the priorities very clear. I love this captain focus!! It’s absolute!

When he took a 113M less for the team, for the bigger picture... to win as a team, he literally became my favorite player. I have been following up with NBA since the early 2000's and I have never seen a guy like him. He is the true example of a LEADER. I remember when LeBron, Wade and Bosh all took a paycut to be able to play together as a Miami super team, but it wasn't as crazy as this.

Mikal getting signed just made it easier for Donte to leave and now he can start in Minnesota. Either way, the guys will be fine and remain friends. Fans were acting the same way when IQ went to Toronto last season and the Knicks still ended up being a better team with a better record despite the injuries.
