This gave me similar vibes to the Cam Johnson interview. Jalen & Cam are both mature beyond their years, have easily translatable/underrated skill sets, and are very articulate. They're driven towards success, and it's blatantly obvious that they both love playing basketball. It seems like they would be great dudes to share a locker room with. Great stuff as per usual JJ, you're a terrific interviewer!
@davidvera7305 Жыл бұрын
more reserved for sure (seems like a cool guy to smoke a joint with and talk basketball😂) but completely agree had the same feeling listening to this after the pod with Cam. would love to be teammates with them on any court

also as a lefty shooter who had problems shooting turning over my left shoulder as a kid but loved studying film and the details of angles, body position, and footing.. listening to Cam Johnson get so eager to talk about JJ coming off pin downs to his right side made me light up cuz the clippers always ran that pin down for JJ to start the game and I always tried to mimic it when the game ended (but to the left side)

3:30 The oddsmakers don't necessarily think the Clippers improved. The oddsmakers think the public will think the Clippers improved. They're not trying to predict what happens, they're not looking at the talent of the team or their chemistry or anything of the sort. They're trying to set the line so that half the money comes in on each side, full stop.

Hey JJ Redick, I’m no NBA player but if the state is not as lit as California, why not invest into the state? And you know make it more like home, like build restaurants from other states and bring it to OKC. Do players ever think about that or how does that thinking process work?

3 things. 1.Jason was indeed not nice enough to put the clip in for the viewers on youtube 😂😂. 2. If the intent is to be the best you can be, 9 year olds should have a gather step. It would provide more practice and if they learn early it will make them better. 3. I REALLY hope we have the ability to pay these kids when the time comes. Small market team and with SGA, Chet, Giddey and eventually Jalen and Wallace. Plus we need a good true 5 with size and rebounding. Got a good team, hopefully money doesnt mess it up.
