Its just a Fender Rhodes sound with a little bit of phase shifter. Lots of Rhodes VST plugins around, both commercial and free.

yes it is a rhodes from the nord . I used the chorus 2 from the effect by turning the tempo all the way down and the amount all the way up (5 o clock for example).
